Prices are expressed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices include costs of product development and the cost of operations and are current at the time of printing. This contract permits price increases. No price increase is permitted after the customer has paid in full. If the price increase is more than 7 percent except increases resulting from an increase in retail sales tax or federal goods and service tax the customer has the right to cancel the contract and obtain a full refund. All travel services are subject to various charges such as Canadian transportation tax, departure taxes, hotel taxes and service charges and the goods and services tax. These amounts are in addition to the price of the products purchased. They are shown in the tax and service charge column.  The total cost of the trip (base cost + taxes and other levies) is shown on all invoices.

Deposit amounts, which vary depending on the length of your vacation, plus the applicable optional insurance premium, are payable at the time of booking.  Please note that payments are non-refundable for any reason.

Final payment dates vary by tour. Once paid these monies are non refundable for any reason.  Please ask your booking agent for further details.  Please ensure that your payment is made to your travel consultant well in advance to allow time for processing.

PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES

Travac Tours does its best to accommodate people with disabilities provided that the individual with the disability is accompanied by a properly trained support person. A support person must purchase our services at the full rate. Should a support person not be available for the individual with a disability Travac may not be able to offer service.

Limitations of Services: Travac Tours staff cannot provide individual assistance to a
customer for walking, dining, getting on or off the motorcoach, or other personal needs. If
customers require special assistance that cannot be provided by a support person
accompanying them, we may be unable to offer services. Customers are advised to
communicate any special needs they may have at the time of their initial bookings that we may properly determine if our services are appropriate for their needs or if any alternative measures may be available. Since our services are sold on a first come, first served basis, the needs of the
first customer to purchase our services will be addressed ahead of the second.

It should also be noted that Travac Tours does not have control of policies that may be in existence with airlines, hotels or attractions that are out of its jurisdiction (Ontario).

Travac does not own its own coaches and our ability to provide services to a person with a physical handicap may be impeded by this.

FORCE MAJEUR

Contracts that are affected by unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) that prevent Travac from fulfilling its obligations with you are not refundable by Travac. Force majeure examples include but are not limited to: large scale disasters, terrorism or the threat of terrorism, unexpected legislation, lockouts, slowdowns, strikes and pandemic or related health issues. These circumstances are beyond Travac’s control and can make the execution of the contract undoable, commercially impractical, illegal or impossible to implement. For this reason, we will always offer you travel insurance. We highly recommend you take out travel insurance for this reason.
