Is there pre-assigned seating on the bus?
No, seating is always on a first-come, first-served basis.
Where are the pick-up and drop-off locations?
Buses generally depart from the Westgate Shopping Centre at 1309 Carling Ave. in Ottawa. For most tours, pick-ups are available en-route in Kemptville, Prescott and Brockville.
On certain departure dates, pick-ups may be available from Kingston, Napanee and Belleville. Please check with you Travac Tours agent for specifics on these pick-ups.
Do payments have to be made in person?
No, you can make both deposit and final payments over the phone using either Visa or MasterCard. Cheques can also be mailed to Travac Tours. However, if you choose such an option, ensure you include the tour you are taking and its date of departure.
Can I leave my car at Westgate’s parking lot for the duration of my time away?
Cars cannot be parked at Westgate Mall. This is a new policy due to the fact that part of the mall parking lot has been taken over by the Ministry of Transport for the widening project of the 417. We regret that we can no longer offer parking privileges at Westgate.

For your peace of mind; it has been proven that bus travel has the highest safety record of all means of land transportation including rail.
