On September 10th, Travac Tours wants you to join us as we travel to Québec City to enjoy one of the most important art exhibitions to visit Canada in recent memory, The Picasso Figures.
Picasso Figures will feature many paintings and drawings never before exhibited in Canada. This is a rare opportunity to experience one of the 20th century’s most important and prolific artists.
This exhibition itself, has been assembled from a selection of masterpieces from the renowned collection of the Musée National Picasso-Paris. Many of these works have never been exhibited outside of France.
In total, this Picasso exhibition has assembled a selection of 77 works, including 45 major paintings produced between 1895 and 1972. Québec City will be the only Canadian stop.
Your leisurely three-day escape to Québec City includes round trip transportation aboard a deluxe chartered coach, 2 nights accommodation, breakfast daily, a walking tour of old Québec, admission to the Picasso exhibition as well as ample time to stroll through the streets of old Québec.

This morning we will depart Ottawa for Quebec City. Upon our arrival you will have a chance to enjoy lunch on your own and familiarize with your surroundings. After lunch we will join our guide for a walking tour of old Quebec which will bring part of its eclectic history to life. After the tour you will check into your hotel, the Clarendon, in the heart of the Old Town. The balance of your day will be free.
This morning we will depart for the Picasso exhibition. Your tour director will give you the specifics on the planned departure time. You can spend as much time as you wish at the exhibition. A transfer back to the hotel will be available if you wish to use that service. Again, your tour director will advise you on the timing of the return transfer. The remainder of the afternoon will be yours to enjoy in old Quebec. (B)
You will have the morning to again stroll through the streets of Old Quebec, visit its shops or enjoy a coffee in one of the many outdoor cafes. Your tour director will advise of the departure time for Ottawa. (B)
